Originally these types of buildings had pools trapped inside. This one has long been removed for saftey and replaced with a new modern pool area. No longer is it confined to the courtyard but instead is placed to take advantage of the spectacular mountain views. This pool area boasts a fire pit, custom murals, spa and privacy.

KOI POND

Unique and expansive. This established Koi pond is both relaxing and beautiful. Enjoy the tranquil sounds of water even in the heart of the desert.

FIREPIT + BBQ

Separate from the pool area, there is a private courtyard under the towering ficus hedge with custom built-in seating, large barbecue and plenty of shade for the warmer months.

DOG WASHING STATION

At Querencia, we know how important it is that your furry roommates have their space! This dog station has the perfect setup to avoid the mess that normally comes with the territory.

PET RELIEF AREA

No need to worry about long walks around the neighborhood (although the nearby trails are spectacular) - Querencia has a well-designed area dedicated to your pet and their comfort!
